How does the deposit work?
A percentage of the total confirms your booking and locks in the slot; the balance is due once the work is finished and you are satisfied. The exact deposit is shown before you confirm, and again on your confirmation email. Scoped commercial and post-construction contracts take a larger deposit, shown on the quote.
Which cities do you cover?
Lagos and Port Harcourt today, with teams dispatched locally in each. If you are somewhere else, join the waitlist on our coverage page — that list is genuinely how we decide where to open next.
Why does a post-construction job need a call first?
Because it cannot be priced honestly from a form. Site conditions, access, power and water, and how much debris is left all change the crew size and the equipment needed. We scope it on a short call, then send a written quote with a proposed schedule.
How do I know the job was actually done properly?
The team works to a checklist for that service type and signs off each item before leaving. For offices and handovers there is a walkthrough with you or your representative. If you are not there, we send photos of the finished work. We also check in shortly afterwards, which is when most small things get caught.
What if something is not right?
Tell us — reply to the completion message or send a WhatsApp with your booking reference. That is what the follow-up exists for, and it is easier for everyone to fix it than to leave it.
Can I get the same team each time?
On a recurring plan we send the same team wherever possible, so nothing has to be re-explained every visit.
Do I need to be there?
No. Tell us how the team gets in when you book — the gate code, the neighbour, the agent — and we will send photos and a completion message when it is done.
How do I check on a booking I already made?
Use the tracking page with your booking reference and the email you booked with. It shows where the job is in our process and any photos from the team.
